Public Hearing Relating to the Proposed Acquisition of Cigna and Affiliates by Anthem, Inc.
The Florida Office of Insurance Regulation (Office)
will conduct a public hearing to discuss the application for the proposed acquisition of HealthSpring of
Florida, Inc., Cigna Dental Health of Florida, Inc., and Cigna Healthcare of
Florida, Inc. by Anthem, Inc.
A copy of the agenda
is available for review. Consumers and other interested parties are welcome to
submit comments about this proposal by sending an email to: AnthemHearing@www.amy-actually.com. Comments
will be accepted until December 18, 2015.
The Florida Channel will stream the hearing live online via its website and a video recording of the
hearing will be available at a later date.
